SendGPS can help you share your location with others. No need to download any apps or follow any complicated instructions. Share your location with friends, family, and emergency responders.

We are developing new artwork for this section. Once we are done, this section will illustrate many different ways SendGPS is being used by residents all over the U.S. along with urgent care and traffic responders and dispatchers. You can use SendGPS to track a group of friends, a fleet of employees, or people in distress.
1After I share my location with SendGPS, how do I stop sharing my location?
While using our service, we send you a text message with a link to begin sharing your location. When you click the link, we redirect you back to our website to continue using our online service to track and share your location using your web browser. You can stop sharing your location with us and others by simply closing the web page you are using to browse our website on your phone. SendGPS does not download any apps or files to your phone.
2Where can I use SendGPS?
Our technology can be used anywhere in the U.S. with a smartphone and internet connection. Our technology helps you share your location with others using your smartphone's gps technology and data service provider. Most smartphones are equipped to relay GPS so long as your mobile device has an active data service plan with a data service provider (i.e. Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc...). Your smartphone should be able to connect to the internet to use our web based tracking service.
3Is it free to use SendGPS?
SendGPS currently has a free version available for demo use and can be used for small instances by anyone in the United States. If you are a resident of the U.S. and you are using SendGPS because an emergency responder or family or friend sent you an invite to share your location, SendGPS will always be free in those instances.

You can share your location and send invites to friends and family anytime using our free version. If you are an Emergency Dispatcher or business professional interested in using our technology with your organization, please contact us for more information about pricing and access to premium features available to professional service providers and government agencies.
4How do I know SendGPS is safe?
SendGPS is an online service developed and managed by a web development company in San Diego after realizing Emergency Responders do not have a practical way of connecting and tracking people in distress.

We built our website and service on state of the art web servers running with SSL encryption. We are also partners with leading telecommunication and web providers including Twilio. Our servers are located in a data center situated in a bunker built by the US Army Corps of Engineers during the cold war; USSHC offers highly secure data center floor space for our website that is immune to nearly all conceivable forms of disasters.

We are dedicated to providing a safe and secure web space for you and any other user that opts to share GPS locations with us. We do not save or share your location after you close your web browser.
